As executive vice president and general counsel for Rainbow Media Holdings, Jamie Gallagher serves as the chief legal counsel for Rainbow Media and its popular and award-winning entertainment brands, including AMC, IFC, Sundance Channel, WE tv, Wedding Central and IFC Entertainment. Mr. Gallagher is responsible for all operational legal issues, corporate transactions, negotiation and drafting of major rights and affiliation agreements, and strategic legal planning.

Mr. Gallagher joined Rainbow Media in 2008 with 24 years of experience. Previously, he served as executive vice president and general counsel for Tommy Hilfiger Corporation. Mr. Gallagher spent six years at HSN (Home Shopping Network) as executive vice president and general counsel and prior to that served for eight years as group counsel at American Express Travel Related Services. He began his career as an associate at Kelley Drye & Warren in New York.

Mr. Gallagher earned his Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
